On Thursday, May 16, 2024, the Life Sciences Department proudly hosted a highly successful and impactful "Dine & Donate" event. Driven by the enthusiasm of students, the activity brought together the community for a day of awareness, innovation, and compassion.
Students of the 5th semester of the HND program showcased an impressive array of functional food products they had developed, reflecting creativity and research-based innovation. Meanwhile, students of the 4th semester of Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and the 4th and 6th semesters of Biochemistry organized a well-coordinated blood donation drive in collaboration with the Fatimid Foundation, a renowned organization dedicated to supporting thalassemia patients.
The event was not just about food and blood donation—it was about raising awareness, inspiring responsibility, and nurturing a spirit of service to humanity.
